Each player is permitted one account only on bibgo. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided. If you have lost access to your account, contact bibgo support rather than creating a new one.
All bonuses on bibgo are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the individual bonus terms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. bibgo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bibgo support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
bibgo reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 have not been met.
All financial transactions on the bibgo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). bibgo supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. bibgo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). bibgo may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's name.
bibgo processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. bibgo reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal is flagged for security review.

All games available on the bibgo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited on a periodic basis. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on bibgo's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. bibgo is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interrupted game sessions caused by factors outside bibgo's reasonable control.
If a game malfunctions or produces an erroneous result due to a software error, bibgo reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's account. No further compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

All content on the bibgo Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of bibgo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bibgo Platform without prior written consent from bibgo.
bibgo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bibgo implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and bibgo cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bibgo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bibgo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bibgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bibgo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bibgo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bibgo's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bibgo's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
bibgo operates in compliance with the regulatory framework administered by PAGCOR. Players who wish to escalate unresolved complaints may do so through the appropriate PAGCOR channels.

Where changes are material, bibgo will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
