• Financial Data: GCash or Maya account details, bank account information (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), debit card details, transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records. bibgo does not store full card numbers — payment tokenisation is used.
• Gaming Activity Data: Game history, wager amounts, win/loss records, session duration, bonus usage, and responsible gaming tool settings.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, referring URL, and session identifiers collected automatically when you access the Platform.
• Communications Data: Records of your interactions with bibgo support via live chat, email, or any other channel, including the content of those communications.
• Marketing Preferences: Your opt-in or opt-out status for promotional communications via SMS, email, or push notification.

• Payment Processors: GCash, Maya, and banking partners require certain data to process your transactions. These processors are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Game Providers: Third-party game studios may receive anonymised or pseudonymised session data to deliver their games on the bibgo Platform.
• Identity Verification Services: KYC and AML compliance providers who assist bibgo in verifying player identities.

10. Children & Minors

The bibgo Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines. bibgo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If bibgo discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. If you believe a minor has registered on the bibgo Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

11. Marketing Communications

bibgo may send you promotional communications about new games, bonuses, and special offers via SMS, email, or push notification, but only where you have provided explicit consent during registration or through your account settings.

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by:

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
